- 50g salted wakame

- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Wasabi Dressing
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 pinch sugar

Wash the salted wakame in water and soak for 2 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
