- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper

Cut the broccoli into small florets.

Place broccoli and baby scallops in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Drain excess liquid.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooked broccoli and scallops, and toss well.
