食材
Tofu
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g sliced onion
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of chopped parsley
步驟

Slice the onion thinly and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the bacon into 5mm wide strips.

In a pot, add consomme, salt, pepper, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add tofu, bacon, onion, and canned corn. Stir gently and bring to a boil again. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
