Main Ingredients
- 🧄 20 cloves garlic
- 🍄 8 shiitake mushrooms
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
步驟
Slice shiitake mushrooms into 0.5cm thick pieces.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, oligosaccharide, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the seasoning.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp of cooking oil and stir-fry the garlic until lightly browned.
Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Pour the prepared seasoning into the pan and stir-fry until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and stir-fry briefly to enhance the aroma.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds on top and serve.
