Essential Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 🧄 20 whole garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 50ml water
Chicken Marinade
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/2 chopped chili pepper
步驟
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and chop chili pepper.
Marinate chicken with minced garlic, rice wine, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, ketchup, oligosaccharide, and chopped chili pepper to prepare the sauce.
Coat marinated chicken with cornstarch using a plastic bag.
Cook whole garlic cloves with water in a pan until water evaporates.
Add oil to the pan and stir-fry chicken with garlic over medium-low heat until golden brown.
Pour sauce over the cooked chicken and garlic, mix well, and serve.
