- 🌭 2 sausages
- 🧅 1 whole new onion
- 2g bonito flakes
Soup Base
- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder

Slice the sausages diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Trim the top and bottom of the new onion slightly, and make a cross-cut at the root end.

In a large microwave-safe container, mix all soup base ingredients. Add the new onion and sausages. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 10 minutes.

Serve in a bowl and top with bonito flakes.
