Main
- 🎃 1 small pumpkin (450g)
- 🥛 50cc milk
Dip Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
Fondue
- 🧀 150g pizza cheese
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Wrap the pumpkin loosely in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes until soft.
Cut the bell peppers and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Place them on a microwave-safe plate, wrap loosely, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Cut off the top of the heated pumpkin, remove seeds and pulp, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the flesh.
Gradually add milk to the mashed pumpkin in two portions, mixing until smooth.
Add the fondue ingredients (pizza cheese, consomme, salt, and pepper) to the mixture. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until smooth.
Carve a face into the pumpkin shell if desired, pour the fondue mixture back into the pumpkin, and serve with dip vegetables and French bread.
