Wrapper
- 20 large gyoza wrappers
Soup
- 💧 100cc hot water
- 5g gelatin powder
- 1/2 tbsp chicken soup stock
Filling
- 🐖 150g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Mix the soup ingredients (hot water, gelatin powder, chicken soup stock) in a heatproof container. Let it cool and refrigerate until set.
Finely mince the green onion.
In a bowl, combine the filling ingredients (ground pork, minced green onion, grated garlic, grated ginger, sake, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, sesame oil) and the prepared soup jelly. Mix until sticky.
Place the filling mixture onto the center of each gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold into a pleated pouch.
Boil water in a pot and line a steamer with parchment paper. Place the dumplings in the steamer, cover, and steam over medium heat for 6 minutes.
