- 4 rice paper sheets

- 100g sliced beef

- 50g kimchi
- 4 lettuce leaves

- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
步驟
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the beef until its color changes.
Push the beef to one side of the pan, add kimchi, and stir-fry. Then add yakiniku sauce and mix everything together.
Soften the rice paper in lukewarm water and place lettuce, beef, and kimchi evenly on each sheet.
Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form spring rolls. Repeat for all sheets. Cut into bite-sized pieces, plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
