Vegetable
- 80g yam, finely chopped
- 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
Protein
- 200g ground chicken
Binder
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Dash of pepper
Wrap
- 4 sheets nori
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp water
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Finely chop the yam and mince the green onion.
In a bowl, mix the chopped ingredients, ground chicken, potato starch, salt, and pepper until sticky. Divide into 4 portions.
Shape into flat round patties and wrap each with a sheet of nori.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned.
Flip the patties, add the sauce ingredients, cover with a lid, and steam for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Remove the lid and cook over low-medium heat until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
