    • 🍗 6 chicken drumsticks (360g)
    • 🧀 1 camembert cheese (100g)
    • 🥬 1/4 napa cabbage (625g)
    • 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms (100g)
    • 🧅 1 green onion
    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • A pinch of chopped green onion
  • Yangnyeom Sauce

    • 3 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp gochujang
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
    • 💧 500 ml water

Cut the napa cabbage to fit the height of the pot. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and break them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.

Make a cross-shaped cut in the camembert cheese.

Make cuts along the bone of the chicken drumsticks.

Mix all the Yangnyeom sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Place the chicken drumsticks skin-side down and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.

Arrange napa cabbage around the edges of the pot, leaving the center empty. Place the chicken, green onion, and shimeji mushrooms in the center. Pour the Yangnyeom sauce over and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Place the camembert cheese in the center of the pot and cover. Cook on low heat until the cheese melts. Garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
