Essential Ingredients
- 1 serving somen noodles
- 🥒 1/5 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 cup yeolmu kimchi
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional Ingredients
- 🥚 1/2 boiled egg

Julienne the cucumber and set aside. You can skip this step if desired.

Boil the somen noodles in hot water until cooked. Rinse under cold water and drain.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.

Combine the cooked noodles with the sauce and yeolmu kimchi in a bowl.

Plate the mixed noodles and kimchi. Garnish with julienned cucumber and boiled egg.
