Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings cooked soba noodles
Protein
- 2 sheets dried yuba (6g)
Seafood
- 2g dried wakame
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion (55g)
Garnish
- 2 slices kamaboko
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 💧 600ml water
步驟
Soak dried wakame in a bowl of water until rehydrated, then drain.
Slice the green onion into small rounds.
In a pot, bring the seasoning mixture (mirin, mentsuyu, and water) to a boil. Break the dried yuba into halves and add to the pot, cooking for 1 minute.
Add the cooked soba noodles to the pot and briefly heat. Divide the noodles and broth evenly into serving bowls.
Top each bowl with equal portions of wakame, kamaboko, and green onion.
