Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 1/2 yuzu, sliced and grated
- 100g chicken thigh
- 10cm white part of negi, sliced
- 10cm green part of negi, sliced
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Soup
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 💧 400ml water

Slice yuzu thinly and grate its peel. Slice both white and green parts of negi diagonally.

Cut chicken thigh into 1cm slices. Mix chicken, grated yuzu peel, salt, pepper, and sake in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.

In a pot, combine soup ingredients and bring to a boil. Add frozen udon and cook as per package instructions.

Serve the udon in a bowl, topped with sliced yuzu, negi, chicken, and its broth.
