- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho

Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat butter in a frying pan and cook chicken on medium heat for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the sauce ingredients (sugar, ponzu soy sauce, yuzu kosho) and turn heat to high. Flip chicken pieces while evaporating the liquid.

Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts, plate them, and place the cooked chicken on top.
