Main
- 🍋 1/2 yuzu, minced and juiced
- 50g mizuna, chopped
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground chicken
- 🧅 80g green onion, minced
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Soup Base
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 500ml water
步驟
Peel and mince 1/2 yuzu, then squeeze the juice and reserve 1 tbsp.
Cut mizuna into 3cm pieces and mince the green onion.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, green onion, minced yuzu peel, and other meat mixture ingredients to form a meatball mixture.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, then shape the meat mixture into balls using a spoon and add them to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for 6 minutes.
Add soy sauce, salt, reserved yuzu juice, and mizuna to the pot. Stir and simmer briefly.
