Cut off both ends of the zucchini, slice it lengthwise into halves, and then cut into 7mm thick half-moon slices.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add tuna and zucchini, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the zucchini is lightly browned on both sides.

Add salted kombu to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
