Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 1/2 can (200g) diced tomatoes
Vegetables
- 🥒 170g zucchini, sliced into 1cm rounds
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced into 1cm strips
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Slice zucchini into 1cm rounds and onion into 1cm strips.

Heat the tuna can (including oil) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add zucchini and onion, stir-frying for 1–2 minutes until softened.

Add diced tomatoes and seasonings (ketchup, curry powder, salt, pepper). Mix well, cover, and simmer over low-medium heat for 5 minutes.
