Main Ingredients
- 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
- 1 handful ripe kimchi
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tsuyu sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare 1 pack of frozen udon noodles.
Mix the seasoning: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp tsuyu sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sesame seeds.
Take a handful of ripe kimchi and remove the inner leaves.
Rinse the kimchi lightly with water to remove excess chili powder, squeeze dry, and slice thinly.
Fry the egg sunny-side up, keeping the yolk runny.
Microwave the frozen udon noodles for 2 minutes.
Boil the noodles in hot water for about 1 minute, adjusting to your preferred texture.
Drain the noodles thoroughly.
Add 2 tbsp of the prepared seasoning to the noodles and mix well.
Plate the noodles neatly and top with the sliced kimchi and fried egg.
Drizzle additional soy sauce over the noodles and egg before serving.
